Section 1

Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") are entered into between you (hereinafter "User", "Player", or "you") and nepk (hereinafter "nepk", "we", "us", or "the Platform"), the operator of the online betting and casino services accessible at https://nepk.io and all associated subdomains and mobile interfaces.

By accessing the nepk platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotional activity offered by nepk, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the complete and exclusive agreement between you and nepk with respect to your use of the platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document published on the platform, these Terms shall take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific written addendum signed by an authorised representative of nepk.

nepk reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to registered users via email and/or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Section 2

Eligibility & Account Registration

Access to and use of the nepk platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You are a natural person aged 21 years or older. Persons under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from registering, accessing, or using any part of the nepk platform, including free-play or demonstration modes.
• You are physically located in Bangladesh at the time of placing any bet or participating in any casino game.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not on behalf of any third party, business entity, or organisation.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee or director of nepk or any of its affiliated entities or technology partners.
• You do not have an existing nepk account that has been suspended, closed, or self-excluded. Attempting to register a duplicate account is a material breach of these Terms.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number linked to your preferred payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay). Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

nepk reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of any user at any point, including at the time of registration, before processing any withdrawal, or following the detection of any unusual account activity. Verification may require submission of a government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification within the timeframe specified by nepk may result in suspension of account functions including withdrawals.

Only one account per person, per household, per device, and per payment method is permitted. Accounts sharing an IP address or device fingerprint with another account may be subject to additional scrutiny. nepk reserves the right to merge, suspend, or close duplicate accounts and to redistribute balances at its sole discretion.

Section 3

Account Management & Security

Your nepk account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your account credentials, whether or not that activity was authorised by you. You must take all reasonable steps to protect your login credentials, including using a strong and unique password and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where offered by the platform.

nepk will never ask for your password via any communication channel, including live chat, email, telephone, or social media. Any request purporting to come from nepk that asks for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately at [email protected].

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify nepk immediately. Upon receipt of such a report, nepk may temporarily freeze your account pending an investigation. nepk accepts no liability for losses sustained as a result of unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to promptly report a suspected breach or where the breach resulted from your own failure to maintain adequate credential security.

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting the support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. Any eligible balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method after the completion of any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds.

Section 4

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All monetary transactions on the nepk platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). nepk does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency. Currency conversion performed by third-party payment providers before funds reach the nepk platform is outside of nepk's control, and any associated conversion fees are the responsibility of the user.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits may be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Deposits are credited to your nepk wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. nepk does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own service charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals may only be made to a verified payment account that is registered in your own name. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 2–24 hours following successful identity verification. nepk reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the wagering requirements outlined in Section 6.

Source of Funds: By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are legally obtained and belong to you personally. nepk does not accept funds derived from illegal activities. Where nepk has reasonable grounds to suspect that deposited funds originate from unlawful activity, the account may be frozen and the matter referred to appropriate authorities.

Failed or Disputed Transactions: If a deposit does not appear in your nepk wallet within 30 minutes of the transaction being completed on your payment provider's app, you should contact nepk support with proof of the transaction (screenshot or transaction reference number). nepk will investigate and resolve confirmed missing deposits within 24 hours of receiving sufficient documentation.

Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider without first contacting nepk support is a violation of these Terms. In the event of an unjustified chargeback, nepk reserves the right to suspend your account, recover any disputed amounts from your account balance, and pursue recovery through available legal channels.

Section 5

Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All bets placed on nepk are final once confirmed by the platform. It is your responsibility to verify all bet details — including selection, stake, and odds — before confirming any wager. nepk does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in the circumstances outlined below.

Sports Betting: All sports betting markets, including cricket, football, kabaddi, and other supported sports, are governed by the specific market rules displayed on each event page. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a market, nepk's decision, which is made with reference to official data providers and governing body results, shall be final and binding.

Void Bets: A bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, late market suspension, obvious pricing errors, use of prohibited software to exploit a pricing anomaly, or force majeure events. Void bets are settled by returning the original stake to the player's wallet.

Casino Games: All casino games, including slots, live casino, and crash games, are provided by third-party game studios and use certified random number generator (RNG) technology or certified live dealing procedures. Game results are final once the round has concluded and the result has been recorded by the game server. Disputes must be submitted to support within 72 hours of the disputed game round, with the round ID included in your report.

Maximum Winnings: nepk reserves the right to apply a maximum payout cap to individual bets or game sessions. Where a maximum payout cap applies, it will be displayed in the relevant game or betting market information. Any winnings exceeding the applicable cap will be reduced to the cap amount.

System Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction affecting the platform or a specific game, all affected bets or game rounds will be voided and original stakes returned. nepk accepts no liability for losses arising from technical malfunctions, including connection failures on the player's side.

Section 6

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

nepk offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, BPL, and T20 World Cup tournaments. All promotions are subject to the individual promotion terms published alongside each offer, which supplement and are governed by these Terms.

Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated) must be staked in eligible games before a withdrawal can be requested. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time window will be stated in the individual promotion terms.

Bonus Abuse: Claiming bonuses with the intent to withdraw without genuine play, using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, exploiting pricing errors or technical anomalies to generate bonus-funded winnings, or any other conduct that nepk reasonably determines to constitute bonus abuse will result in the cancellation of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds that are not used within the validity window specified in the promotion terms will expire and be removed from your account automatically. Expired bonus funds are not recoverable.

Promotion Modifications: nepk reserves the right to modify the terms of any active promotion, suspend a promotion before its stated end date, or withdraw a promotion entirely, with reasonable notice to affected players where practicable. Where a promotion is withdrawn and you have already received and begun using a bonus, the terms applicable at the time the bonus was credited will continue to apply to that specific bonus.

Section 7

Responsible Gaming

nepk is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to minimising the potential for gambling-related harm. Available responsible gaming tools include: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), single-session loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods (temporary breaks of 24 hours to 6 weeks), and full self-exclusion (minimum 6 months, up to permanent). All tools can be activated by contacting support or via your account settings panel where available.

Self-Exclusion: If you self-exclude, your account will be suspended for the duration you specify. During a self-exclusion period, you may not open new accounts on the nepk platform. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by opening a new account is a breach of these Terms and will result in permanent exclusion from the platform. Any balance in the account at the time of self-exclusion will be made available for withdrawal once the exclusion period has ended, subject to standard verification requirements.

nepk operates a strict 21+ only policy. If you believe that a minor has accessed your account or the platform, you must notify us immediately at [email protected]. Parents and guardians are advised to use appropriate internet filtering and parental control software to prevent access to gambling platforms by persons under 21.

Section 8

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nepk platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and referral to law enforcement where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, pricing errors, or technical anomalies to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of collusion with other players or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any betting market or game.
• Laundering funds through the platform or using the platform for any financial transaction connected to unlawful activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing nepk staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the platform while under the age of 21 or while subject to a self-exclusion order.
• Selling, transferring, or purchasing nepk account credentials or account balances.

Section 9

Intellectual Property

All content on the nepk platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, page layout, graphics, text, software code, game interfaces, promotional materials, and any other content created by or for nepk, is the exclusive intellectual property of nepk or its duly licenced content partners and third-party game studios.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for the purpose of personal, non-commercial online betting and gaming entertainment, in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the platform without the prior written consent of nepk.

The names, logos, and trademarks of third-party game providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi displayed on the nepk platform are the property of their respective owners and are used under licence. No rights in these third-party marks are granted to you by these Terms.

Section 10

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nepk, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, even if nepk has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

nepk's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your nepk account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

nepk makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. You use the platform at your own risk.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits nepk's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by nepk's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Section 11

Privacy & Data Use

nepk collects, stores, processes, and uses your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by nepk includes registration information, transaction records, betting history, device and IP data, and communication records. This data is used for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, customer support, and the delivery of personalised promotional offers where you have opted in to receive them.

nepk will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with third-party service providers who assist in operating the platform (including payment processors, identity verification providers, and game studios) under strict data processing agreements that require those parties to protect your information to the same standard as nepk.

Section 12

Suspension & Termination

nepk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms or the Privacy Policy.
• nepk reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on your account.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• A regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court order requires nepk to restrict or close your account.
• Your account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, nepk reserves the right to withhold any balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Where the investigation confirms a material breach, nepk may forfeit the balance in full. Where no breach is confirmed, the eligible balance will be returned to your verified payment method.

You may close your account at any time voluntarily by contacting support. Voluntary account closure will result in all pending bonus funds being forfeited. Any real-money balance that meets the minimum withdrawal threshold and is not subject to outstanding wagering requirements will be returned to your verified payment method.

Section 13

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in this clause shall be interpreted as restricting any mandatory consumer protection rights that you may be entitled to under the laws of your jurisdiction.

Dispute Resolution: If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your nepk account, you must first contact nepk's customer support team at [email protected] with full details of the complaint. nepk will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a full written response within 5 business days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal complaint process, you may request escalation to nepk's senior compliance team, whose decision will be final and binding on both parties.

Time Limit for Claims: Any claim or dispute you wish to raise against nepk must be submitted within 6 months of the date on which you became aware, or should reasonably have become aware, of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims submitted after this period will not be considered.

Section 14

Amendments to These Terms

nepk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to the Terms will be communicated to all registered users via the email address associated with their account and/or via a prominent notice displayed on the platform for a minimum of 14 days prior to the changes taking effect.

Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarification of existing provisions, or changes mandated by applicable law — may take effect immediately without advance notice. The date displayed in the "Last Updated" field at the top of this document will reflect the most recent version of these Terms at all times.

If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the amended Terms take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in their entirety.
